Design, Manufacturing and Engineering Solutions
Our in-house design and engineering team act as a seamless extension of our client’s business, providing solutions to challenging programmes, including the ownership of specific technical elements of any project. These activities can be undertaken in the purpose-built design facilities of our head office, or at any client location.
Our project management ensures tight monitoring of overall programme expenditure, and flexible deployment of resources means that projects are completed on time and on budget. We are able to operate as the technical expert and design authority, assuming full responsibility for the integrity of the design, manufacturability, maintainability, sourcing of suppliers and sub-contractors, and the whole-life/in-service cost of the product or system. Alternatively, we can work as a sub-set of a principal project team, where the client retains design authority.

Our senior management have specialist engineering knowledge and experience in the industry, meaning we understand client's requirements and have the ability to source the best candidates for the job in a wide range of disciplines – be it for permanent employees or contractors.
Our specialist Recruitment Team has developed a methodology of sourcing and managing hard-to-find people in order to fulfil project requirements where key skills and experience are required. This ability to match the exacting requirements of technical capability, manning levels, timing, delivery, and budget is one of our major strengths, whether we are introduced mid-cycle or involved from the outset. Crucially, for those clients embarking upon cost reduction strategies we will source, assess and manage design and engineering from low-cost regions.
